Registration Guideline

* Registration fee includes the conference proceedings, refreshments, lunch and banquet (Regular).
* All registration deadlines are based on Korean Standard Time (11:59 PM KST).
* On-site registration is not available in cash. Therefore, we kindly request payment in advance via bank transfer(USD/KRW) or credit card (USD/KRW).

Please log in with your ID, go to the online registration section, and fill out the registration form.

1) Credit Card
Participants wishing to make card payment can settle the payment online.

• A direct bank transfer should be made to the account below.
• Bank charges for remittance should be paid by registrants.
• Please note that the fee must be transferred under the registrant’s name.

The ICMPT Committee hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend. However, we understand that extenuating circumstances can arise. If you have already registered for ICMPT and find that you are unable to attend, please notify the Secretariat in writing to request a refund and cancel your registration. An administration fee (bank charges for remittance, and cancellation fee for credit card payment) will be charged for the refund.

The following are the ICMPT cancellation and refund policies.

* Please note that there may be a slight difference in the final refund amount you receive due to the difference in the currency exchange rate and administration fee.
